Crisis of Consciousness and Conditioning

Eternea believes that one of the best ways change the behavior of humanity towards itself and to the entire web of life on our fragile and precious planet is through fundamental shifts in consciousness. That shift can most effectively and rapidly be brought when transformative experiences that occur to large numbers of people around the globe.  When they occur, these experiences are so compelling that they usually challenge the world view of those who experience them. As a result these experiences often changes the ways experiencers think about themselves, their relationship to others and their place in the cosmos.

From our perspective it appears that the best ways to accomplish this change of world view to the population at large is by one of the following two ways. The first is by finding methods to enable direct experiences such as Dr. Alexander’s but without the trauma associated with a real NDE. The second way is by inducing empathetic transformations to the rest of us as a result of the reporting by large numbers of individuals from around the globe who report their transformational experiences.

At Eternea we are building a very sophisticated database capability to report and analyze transformational experiences. It is our intention to collect and analyze large amounts of data about the nature of the transformative experience from around the globe. The more data we collect, the more valuable the data will become for advancing the credibility of those who report STEs and also in overcoming objections from skeptics. Our database will also be an enabler in advancing the state of the art in understanding the nature of transformative experiences, how they can be invoked and their implications to humanity.

Eternea’s work is nothing short of a quest to help humanity achieve greater understanding and awareness through the advancement of scientific knowledge about the ultimate nature of all things. Eternea aspires to propel science beyond traditional methods and boundaries in an effort to further unravel the meaning, purpose, nature and structure of life.

In a relatively short span of time, science and resultant technology have completely transformed life as we know it on our planet. To be sure, science and technology have together served to provide the means for improving the quality and longevity of life, as well as the human condition in general. Yet, the greatest achievements of science have yet to materialize and will come about through deeper study and probing of the quantum realm and consciousness.

Lack of understanding and awareness of our nature, purpose and place in the universe is at the root of humanity’s greatest problems, challenges and threats. None of the current crises facing humankind can be remedied or resolved without a fundamental core shift in perception, beliefs and values predicated upon scientifically derived insights about who we really are and how reality came into being. In this way, humankind could evolve from its current dismal state into a more ideal condition. Eternea is dedicated to sponsoring the education and scientific research needed for this purpose.
